Parent Engagement Surveys

We will survey a minimum of 400 parents to ensure our survey is statistically valid in accordance with the standards of the American Association of Public Opinion Research (AAPOR). Our formal presentation of these results will include recommendations and quarterly improvement benchmarks for ongoing mechanisms to ensure implemented changes are consistently being practiced, as well as national best practices. These findings can be presented to the TUSD board, leadership, and community on recommended changes to implement to serve families better.

Targets

We will survey parents or guardians of children enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade in your area to determine their views and opinions of the District and your competition.

 Timeline

The survey will begin 30 days after the contract is awarded and run for an estimated 4-6 weeks. Any changes to the timeline will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
